Fishing in Via Mala
In Val di Scalve, it is possible to fish along the Dezzo Stream, in the stretch of road known as Via Mala.
The easiest access to the Dezzo Stream is near the former tollhouse at the Canyon di Scalve; other access points are located along the provincial road ascending from Val Camonica.
Fishing here is of medium to high difficulty and requires proper equipment and particular caution when crossing the river due to its depth and strong current.
At certain times of the year, it can be almost impossible to move upstream. There is also a constant alert for falling rocks due to the canyon’s high exposed rock walls.
