Roby Piantoni Climbing Meeting
On Monday, June 2nd, the Roby Piantoni Onlus Association is organising the traditional meeting at the climbing wall dedicated to the mountaineer from Scalve, Roby Piantoni, who passed away in Tibet in October 2009.
This event brings together friends united by their passion for climbing, enjoying a day outdoors in close contact with nature of the majestic North face of the Presolana. The 2025 edition awaits you with several novelties, including an unmissable rope descent demonstration from the bell tower of Colere!
- Saturday, May 31st:
From 20:30 at Pub Nevada (via Carbonera 1/A, Colere): performances by the local bands Rockin’maligen, Baca Lùna, and De Skalf.
During the evening, there will be a stand supporting the “Teachers for Nepal” Association. - Sunday, June 1st:
From the afternoon, a mountain rescue stand starts at 14:00 with a meeting with authorities at 16:00m to mark the 60th anniversary of the founding of the Schilpario rescue team.
At 17:00 and again at 20:00, a practical demonstration with a descent from the bell tower, followed by refreshments at18:30.
At 9:15, screening of the film “The First North Face of the Presolana. August 18, 1899 – Manfredo Bendotti Conquers the Presolana” with the presence of speaker and journalist Guerino Lorini. - Monday, June 2:
– From 10:00 – start of the climbing activities with the Alpine Guides and opening of the children’s zip line: fun guaranteed for all ages
– From 12:00 – food and drinks served by the Colere Alpini Group
– All day – free shiatsu treatments offered by professional shiatsu and craniosacral therapists
– 9:30 – forest walk and yoga session for kids
– From 14:00 – group games and activities for children
