Schilpario – alpine frame

With a short walk from Schilpario, it is possible to reach this panoramic viewpoint, from which you can admire, framed by a beautiful wooden artwork, the Pizzo Camino and the village of Schilpario from above.

The walk to reach the frame starts from Piazza Card. Angelo Maj, heading along Via Torri, then continuing along Via Soliva. Once on Via Soliva, you need to proceed to the right, passing Villa Bartolomea Spada, and then continue along a slightly inclined path until you reach the panoramic viewpoint shown in the photo. (a walk of about 15 minutes)
The frame was created by local artisans and artists, who dedicated their time and skills to beautify and enhance the village.
Once you reach the frame, it is advisable to return along the same path you came from, as the path on the opposite side leads onto private property and pastures.
A scenic walk perfect for families, and not only, loved by residents and vacationers alike, which can also be walked with caution during the winter months.
