Vallone climbing wall – hamlet Castello
Historic cliff used for training by skilled local climbers in the 1970s. At that time, climbing was done in an artificial style; it is now being re-bolted and adapted to modern climbing techniques. The climbing takes place on limestone ranging from vertical to severe overhangs. A distinctive feature is that some routes were bolted from below using aid climbing and soloed.
