Regina dei monti

The unmistakable house “Regina dei Monti” is located at the entrance of the village of Schilpario, surrounded by a large green area. The house has been updated to welcome schools, families, religious groups, social-assistance groups, sports teams, cultural groups, and youth groups.

Thanks to an elevator, a stair lift, specially equipped rooms, and facilities to remove architectural barriers, the house can accommodate people with disabilities, the elderly, and anyone with mobility difficulties.

The house features 19 bedrooms, ranging from 1 to 6 beds, for a total of 80 beds. It also has a large dining hall, an adjacent small room, two lounges (one multifunctional room with a video projector and giant screen, the other a library), and a small TV room, as well as a chapel and a prayer corner.

Outside, there is a soccer field, bocce court, volleyball area, and a playground for younger children. For leisure activities, there are three small soccer fields, a ping pong table, a tam-tam, and several board games. For refreshments, a small bar is available for coffee or ice cream.

The house also offers ample parking and a laundry room with washing machine and iron.

Since 2022, the house has been managed by the Mato Grosso association.
