Enjoy an unforgettable stay with a view of the stunning Presolana massif. The Presolana camper service area is located in Vilminore, just before the entrance arch to the town on the road coming from Sant’Andrea (SP 61).
The area is open daily from April to November.

The rate for a 24-hour stay is €12. Payment can be made at the following businesses in the center of Vilminore:

The receipt (tagliando) issued at the time of payment must be displayed on the camper’s dashboard, clearly showing the date and the vehicle’s license plate number.
Electricity: There is a power column available; the cost is €2 for 8 hours (coin-operated).

ARTICLE 1
These regulations govern the use of the parking lot and the camper parking area, hereinafter referred to as the “camper area,” located in Vilminore, Arco area, in the parking lot opposite the arch.
The regulations also govern the use of the restroom facility, located in the camper area, designed to collect organic waste and clear and wastewater, collected in the designated internal facilities of the campers.
ARTICLE 2
The regulatory provisions contained herein refer specifically to the following legislative texts:
– Legislative Decree No. 285 of April 30, 1992, “New Highway Code,” as amended;
– Presidential Decree No. 495 of December 16, 1992, “Regulations for the implementation of the new Highway Code,” as amended.
ARTICLE 3
Parking within the camper area is permitted only for motorhomes as defined in Article 54 of Legislative Decree 285/1992: “vehicles with a special body and permanently equipped to be used for the transport and accommodation of up to seven people, including the driver.” Other camping systems (tents, verandas, etc.) are not permitted. Violators will be immediately fined pursuant to Article 12 below and removed. The parking area is established by mayoral ordinance, pursuant to Article 7, paragraph 1, letter H of Legislative Decree 285/1992.
ARTICLE 4
The area is equipped to accommodate a maximum of 4 (four) motorhomes at a time.
ARTICLE 5
Parking of campervans is permitted for a period of no more than 72 hours from the time of installation.
Violation of the provisions of the previous paragraph will result in the imposition of the applicable administrative fine and the immediate removal of the offender.
ARTICLE 6
Parking of campervans is permitted only in designated spaces. Opening or installing awnings, awnings, or any vehicle parts that protrude beyond the vehicle’s perimeter is prohibited.
Parking along the internal driveway or in any way that impedes the passage of other vehicles is prohibited. Parking near the entrance to the area in such a way as to hinder entry or exit is also prohibited.
Leasehold use of the space and the use of parked vehicles by third parties are also prohibited.
ARTICLE 7
Pipes may be attached to the water supply within the area to collect water and convey it to the campervan’s dedicated tanks, provided that they are only used for the time strictly necessary to fill the tank. The use of pipes must not impede the circulation of people or vehicles or threaten their safety.
Water may only be used for sanitary and food purposes. The water supply tap must remain open only for the time strictly necessary for water supply operations.
Chemical toilet containers, as well as all other wastewater and sewage collected in the campervan’s internal systems, must be emptied into the designated drains located in the area. Discharge operations may only be carried out during daylight hours.
ARTICLE 8 (Prohibitions)
The following are strictly prohibited within the area by unauthorized personnel:
– Digging holes, even small ones;
– Lighting fires outside of designated areas;
– Uprooting grass, stripping and felling trees, or climbing them.
– Removing or damaging municipal property;
– Playing with balls or throwable objects;
– Allowing animals, especially dogs, to roam without a leash or muzzle;
– Washing and hanging laundry outside vehicles;
– Prolonged parking of vehicles with the engine running;
– Placing tables, chairs, gazebos, clotheslines, antennas, and other objects of any kind or size outside authorized vehicles;
– Washing vehicles and campers, both in the accommodation areas and in the unloading area.
In the event of damage to municipal property, the person responsible for the damage must repair the damage at their own expense. Waste must be disposed of in the designated containers and in compliance with applicable regulations. Camper guests must avoid noisy behavior and activities, and the use of equipment that causes disturbances, particularly during the evening and night hours. The drinking fountain located in the camper parking area is used for drinking water. It may not be used for washing dishes or personal hygiene. The Municipal Administration is authorized to intervene to move or remove vehicles parked illegally or inadequately, without charge for any damage caused. Removal costs will be borne entirely by the user and must be paid before leaving the parking area. The camper parking area is unattended. The Municipal Administration is therefore exempt from any liability for damage to persons or property that may occur within the area. Furthermore, the use of generators, even "silenced" ones, and any behavior that creates or simulates camping, for which the area is not intended, is prohibited.
ARTICLE 9
Access to the camper area for motorhomes is subject to a fee, according to the rates attached to these regulations. Any subsequent changes to the rates are subject to the City Council’s discretion; payment must be made using the methods established by the City Council. Users are required to display a receipt certifying payment for parking in a visible place on the dashboard of their vehicle. Vehicles parked within the camper area without a valid receipt will be fined pursuant to Article 12. The City is not responsible for damages or thefts suffered by users of the area. Any interruption in the provision of services (wastewater disposal, drinking water supply, etc.) due to breakdowns or force majeure does not oblige the Administration to compensate for damages or provide reimbursements of any kind.
ARTICLE 10
Pursuant to Article 185, paragraphs 4 and 5, of Legislative Decree 285/1992, the discharge of organic waste and clear and sewage water on public roads and public areas outside of designated sanitary waste disposal facilities is prohibited.
Violation of the provisions of the previous paragraph results in the imposition of the administrative penalty provided for in Article 185, paragraph 6 of the Legislative Decree.
ARTICLE 11
The sanitary waste disposal facility, pursuant to Article 378 of Presidential Decree 495/1992, is part of the camper area.
Motorhome drivers are required to clean the exterior of the sanitary waste disposal facility immediately after use.
Discharging any material, liquid or solid, other than that indicated in Article 10, paragraph 1, of these regulations is strictly prohibited.
ARTICLE 12
For any matters not covered by these regulations, the applicable laws and regulations apply. Without prejudice to the Mayor’s powers, the application of criminal, civil, and administrative laws, and the provisions of specific penalties in the preceding articles, any violation of these regulations will result in an administrative fine ranging from a minimum of €50.00 to a maximum of €300.00.
